Ebony Bangle

General Notes

Years of working with wood, from time spent in the architecture shop in college to working as an apprentice furniture maker in Philadelphia, have cemented our love for this beautiful material. Smooth to the touch, warm against the skin and rich in tone, ebony has become a favorite of ours both to work with and to wear. This bangle perfectly displays the beauty of this precious wood with its deep chocolate brown color and buttery soft texture.

Made using offcuts from the furniture industry, each of Kathryn the Younger’s ebony pieces is turned on the lathe and polished to perfection. The rounded interior profile of this bangle adds extra comfort to the bracelet, whose minimal design and dark color make it an effortless companion to any piece in my collections.
